I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve a greater sense of emotional well-being. With a background working with parents and women, I bring both expertise and empathy to my therapeutic practice.

I work with individuals who are dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. I have a primary focus on women’s mental health and have worked with women in various reproductive circumstances such as choosing childlessness, involuntary childlessness, becoming a new parent and throughout the parenting journey.

My approach is integrative and conversational, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy while tailoring each session to the unique needs of the client. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

I view therapy as a collaborative process, where we will work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, with the goal of developing insights and strategies that promote healing and growth. Whether you’re struggling with past trauma, facing current stressors, or looking to improve your relationships, I am here to support you on your journey toward a more fulfilling life.
